Industrial Arts (IA) is a specialized strand in the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) track of Senior High School that equips students with hands-on skills in various trades and craftsmanship. It focuses on technical skills, problem-solving, and creativity, preparing students for careers in manufacturing, construction, and other related industries.
Industrial Arts provides students with the necessary competencies to excel in different fields of craftsmanship and technical work. This strand is ideal for learners who are interested in woodworking and carpentry, metalworking and welding, electrical and electronics installation, automotive servicing, plumbing and other trade skills.
